Safe Harbor Landing (SHL) is a peaceful waterfront community on Gardner Creek in the historic Northern Neck of Virginia. SHL is managed by the Property Owners Association Board of Directors. All lot owners and guests are required to adhere to the governing documents of the Association which can be found under the Governing Documents Section for members or Realtors Site for non-members.
While it is the responsibility of the POA leadership to enforce covenant violations, we kindly ask that lot owners and/or citizens make all attempts to resolve any issues or disputes with your neighbor before involving the Board. Every attempt should be made to settle a grievance in a neighborly manner. The proper first step is to open a courteous dialogue with the neighbor with whom you have the grievance.
In the event the outcome of the above dialogue is not satisfactory, the process and procedures outlined in the Safe Harbor Landing Complaint Procedures should be followed. For your convenience, you can down load the Safe Harbor Landing Complaint Form and send it to the Association using the Contact Us Section of this web site.
Please note that anyone has the right to submit a valid complaint to the Association weather it be a lot owner or other citizens.
