The affairs of the Association shall be managed by an Executive Board (also known as the Board of Directors), which shall consist of four officers and three directors.  The Executive Board shall have general supervision of the affairs of the Association between its annual business meetings, make recommendations to the Association general membership, accomplish special projects which the membership has voted to undertake, and further the Mission of the Association through supervision of Committees appointed by the Executive Board. Committees:
 
Architectural Review Committee. The Architectural Review Committee operates under the cognizance of a designated Director and shall be responsible for administering and enforcing the architectural style and site development restrictions included in the Architectural and Related Guidelines (ARG) for Safe Harbor Landing and the Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions and Reservations. The Architectural Review Committee is empowered to enforce the Violation Enforcement Guidelines for the Safe Harbor Landing Property Owners Association Board. It shall be responsible for reviewing and proposing ARG changes to the Board.

Finance Committee. The Finance Committee operates under the cognizance of the Treasurer and shall be responsible for developing and presenting to the Board, recommendations for short and long range financial plans of the Association. It shall be responsible for the preparation of the annual budget and operating budgets and for recommending changes thereto during the operating year. It shall be responsible for reviewing the accounting system and recommending changes thereto. It shall be responsible for advising the Treasurer and the Board on investment, loans and other matters related to the finances of the Association.
